The proprietor, Mr. Mohan Varky( But first he introduces himself as Mr.Matthew, First Trick to impress you.), first calls you to come to Cessana Tech Park in Bellandur, to impress you to feel that, zebrablinds is an MNC company with huge infrastructure. Actually, he has hired a 2 X 2 cubical to sit and interview.

He first opens up his entire marketing tools like Google AdWords, Google Analytic and SEMrush and other. He starts asking can you look into AdWords and Google Analytics to analyse, what is going wrong with his zebrablinds Canada and zebrablinds US ecommerce websites.

All he needs is strategies to snatch from you. He openly says that present Freelancer is not doing good, hence he is ready to fire him.

He offers you freelancer job and assures you that, If you could perform good in 3 months duration, you would be hired with a handsome salary, which would be very competitive in Industry.

You will be on cloud nine, because next month you would get a hefty pay cheque of freelancer salary. He starts giving you access to all marketing tools, asks you to come out with strategies.

He does not assign you anything, you start working on SEO and AdWords, because poor freelancer would be happy to get hefty pay cheque.

You start analysing the website, which are infectious with very bad links build with half Digital Marketing knowledge. This is another trouble we face in Digital Marketing industry. The business owners think themselves Czars of Digital Marketing. They pretend as if they know every thing. They need strategies from the Mars and the Venues, not from the Earth.

"My competitors are doing so good, they come up for all possible relevant keywords, but my websites do not" he starts whining every day.

He wants you to stuff his websites with all possible keywords, no scope for best practices, no mood to understand what google search engine looks out of your websites.

MY ADVICE, IF YOU WANT TO ENGAGE WITH THIS PROFESSIONAL GUY. Take a post dated cheque for your fee / salary. Then you can be assured of your reward for hard work
